Qualification
- Preferably Master's degree
- At least 4 years Bachelor's Degree & / or
- Equivalent Professional qualification from HEC recognized university / institute / or reputable foreign University.
Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Age
- Preferably not more than 45 years as on 31 March , 2024
Location
- All Major Cities of Punjab,
- KPK, GB & AJ&K
Key Responsibilities / Required Skill Set
- Development activities to boost branch business and achieve budgetary growth in all key area including but not limited to Deposits, Trade & Assets as well as any future product;
- Approve, review and / or recommend credit proposals is in compliance with bank's policies & as per power delegated in PPM /CPPM.
- Ensure constant improvement in portfolios inclusive of deposit mobilization, trade and commercial advances.
- Maintain complete harmony among branch staff and ensure discipline / decorum.
- Market NTBs along with retention of existing assets & liabilities relationships.
- Discover spot opportunities for cross selling of bank's products & services by being aware of customer needs.
- Achieve and maintain high service quality standards by ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints & queries. Also to obtain and evaluate frequent feedback from internal and external customers.
- Ensure that highest ethical standards are maintained in rendering the best of customer services to the customer.
- Portfolio management (growth, quality, profit and loss including recovery / regularization of NPLs) & collection paradigm enforcement.
- Coordinate and facilitate internal / external auditors and SBP Inspection team.
- Some other assignment assigned by management as and when desired.
- Excellent Communication skills and including ability to communicate complex technical information with stake holders.
- Leadership, motivational, team building, interpersonal & management skills.
- Thorough knowledge of regulatory requirements, banking operations & other banking policies, procedures.
