Job Description
Supervise the team for identification & reporting of accounts / Customer relationship in the Bank & risks associated with relationships, using different name / transaction scanning solutions.
People Management
- Effectively lead & manage the AML Trade Team by setting of individual objectives, managing performance, developing & motivating staff to maximise performance
- Provide guidance & on the job training for junior colleagues & conduct knowledge sharing sessions.
- Act as a role model to direct model to direct & indirect reports to drive adherence to organisational value & ethics & foster a value driven culture within the Bank
Policies, Systems, Process and Procedures
- Act as a Subject Matter Export to support Compliance in developing, maintaining & reviewing Sanctions related policies, procedures & processes
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities for the continuous & sustainable improvement of the Sanctions screening process & system
