The Punjab Pension Fund (PPF) is an initiative by the Government of the Punjab, under the Finance Department, aimed at managing and investing pension funds for government employees. The primary objective of the PDF is to ensure the sustainable and efficient management of pension funds, guaranteeing secure and timely disbursements to retired employees.

- Head DCPS Unit (01 Post)
Qualification
- 16 year education or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance or Economics from an HEC -recognized institution, Preferred certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP).
Experience
- At least 10 years' post qualification experience, with at least five years' relevant experience in a managerial / project management role. And Additional preference for experience in IT projects.
Job Position
- Asst Managers MIS (01 Post)
Qualification
- 16 years education or equivalent in Management Information Systems (MIS) / equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution.
Experience
- At least 07 years of post-qualification experience in IT with expertise in MIS, Application Programming Interfaces (API) integration, & Application Development.
Job Position
- Asst Manager Reporting & Reconciliation (01 Post)
Qualification
- 16 years education or equivalent in finance / accounting or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution.
Experience
- At least 05 years of post-qualification experience in finance and accounting.
Job Position
- Asst Manager Coordination & Admn (01 Post)
Qualification
- 16 years education or equivalent in Business Administration or Finance or MBA/MPA from an HEC-recognized institution.
Experience
- At least 05 years' post-qualification experience in the administration and operations.
Job Position
- Employee Facilitation Officers (03 Post)
Qualification
- 16 years of education in business administration / mass communication or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution.
Experience
- At least 03 years' customer service or sales post qualification experience in the financial sector (Banking, Insurance, Mutual Funds or Investment Management).
Job Position
- Communication Officer (01 Post)
Qualification
- 16 years of education or equivalent in Communications / Marketing / Public Relations or mass communication from an HEC-recognized institution.
Experience
- At least 03 years post-qualification experience in communication-related roles, such as Communications Specialist, Social Media Manager or Public Relations Officer.
