Education / Qualification
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration & or Computer Science & or Information Technology & / or Data Science or equivalent in related field from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by HEC.
- Candidates having Master's degree in Business Administration & / or Computer Science & / or Information Technology & / or Data Science & / or relevant certification will be preferred.
Experience
- Candidate with minimum 1 year of working experience in Digital Banking & or information Technology & or E-commerce & or relevant field.
- Preference will be given to candidates with Digital Banking certifications / trainings / skills / knowledge including but not limited to following:
- Mobile Banking Application
- Internet Banking
- Web Channels Portals for digital payments
- Digital payments on Mobile App
- Agile Project Management
- Software Development
- Quality Assurance
- Alternate Delivery Channels (ADCs)
- Digital Payment Platforms / gateways / technologies
- Digital Product development process
- P & l of digital payment product
- Debit & Prepaid Cards
- Data Science / Deep Learning
- User Acceptance Test/ Regression /Stress Test

Responsibilities
- To assist in the planning & execution of digital banking projects
- To contribute in project documentation, reports, summaries & progress tracking for digital projects
- To support basic data analysis & market analysis activities to derive insights
- To assist in the interpretation & presentation of data findings
- To stay informed about digital trends & innovations in banking
- To assist in user training sessions for new digital tool
- To support change management activities related to digital initiatives
- To participate in liaising with respective stakeholders & ensure they are updated as & when required
- To coordinate with vendors / customers (internal / external) for projects & related tasks
- To gain understanding of end-to-end digital products including but not limited to Debit/ ATMs Cards & Mobile App etc
- To familiarize with local & global card payments schemes & other relevant regulations
- To ensure compliance of banking laws, regulations, banking instructions & procedures in all jobs & tasks
- To ensure all audit observations are addressed (both internal and external) & implement measures to minimize & curtail recurrence
- To ensure all processes are completed within specified TAT
- To ensure SOPs are followed as per the policies & procedure of the bank
- To perform any other responsibility assigned by the competent authority from time to time

Education / Qualification
- Minimum Graduation from a reputable HEC recognized university / institution with at least 60% marks or minimum CGPA 2.5
- Candidates having Master's degree from a reputable HEC recognized university / institution will be given preference
Experience
- Candidate with minimum 1 year of relevant banking experience would be preferred.

Responsibilities
- To ensure sanction screening of customers / transaction through screening system as per defined TAT
- To generate Request for Information (RFI) to the business / operations, (where required) within defined TAT
- To escalate cases where suspicion arises / potential matches / real violations to Team Leader / Unit Head in a timely manner
- To maintain MIS of RFIs raised to branches / business
- To perform any other assignment as assigned by supervisor(s)
